Processing Times:

Manufacturing Times:

Delivery timeframe starts from 3 days for in-stock products to 15 days if the product involves customization from the client.

Please note that we require a minimum of 4 days for manufacturing the order, as all orders (excluding in-stock sales items) begin production only after being placed. Manufacturing times may vary for certain products such as masks or customized implanted hair. This includes the time required for production to ensure the best quality.

Fail of Delivery:

Once an order reaches its destination country, the parcel falls under the jurisdiction of the local shipping company. We cannot assume responsibility for failed deliveries, including but not limited to the following scenarios:

1. Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We will not be held liable for failed deliveries due to inaccuracies in the provided address.

2. Parcel Left Unattended: If a parcel is left at a location without being picked up, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent issues or losses.

3. PO Box Missing Delivery: In cases where delivery to a PO box is unsuccessful, we are not responsible for the failed delivery.
